One of Chatham’s newest restaurants, the Chatham Wine Bar, is located in one of our members, Chatham Inn at 359 Main. This is their first Valentine’s Day and for this occasion Culinary Director Jonathan Haffmans (former Chef/Owner of Vers) and Executive Chef Regina Castellano have created a wonderful three-course dinner.
The menu is highlighted with appetizers of venison carpaccio or steamed Chatham Little Necks and entree choices of lobster risotto or a butter poached beef tenderloin. The highlight of the meal maybe the table side presented dessert with chocolate, prosecco and strawberries. The dinner is priced at $65 per person, or $90 with wine pairings and is available Friday February 12th, Saturday the 13th, and on Valentine’s Day. Along with serving Valentine’s weekend dinner, the Chatham Wine Bar is currently open Thursday thru Sunday starting at 4pm and offers a Sunday Brunch from 11am to 2pm.
